The program of distribution of Offer Letters was conducted at Alliance Hall of Snehalaya.Dr.Sharad Kolte,Director General of IMSCD&R, A'nagar was a Chief Guest on the dies.DrGirish Kulkarni founder of Snahalya & Professor of Sarda College was present to welcome everyone at Snehalaya Campus.Mr.Rajeev Kumar,Global Head Campus Recruiter of Wipro expressed his views about career opportunities at Wipro.
Dr.Kolte shared his experiences & views with parents & students,also he explained the ask concept:
1) A: Attitude.
2) S: Skill.
3) K:Knowledge.
As a important aspect of selecting the candidate accepting the change & having attitude to learn is very important & so technology updation is necessary.Also he said, one should have attitude to understand the people & he focused not only on career issues but social issues also, like efforts of parents for their children & how children treat them in returns.Also Alphanso Thomas expressed his views about working with Wipro.
Mr.Gopal Modani was available as a anchor for the program & Mr. Ambadas Chauhan offered a vote of thanks.
