Ahmednagar, 24 th June 2013:

The volunteers from confederation of NGO’s, formed by Snehalaya Ahmednagar were felicitated Mr. Joydeep Bhati, Commandant of M.I.R.C.,(Mechanized Infantry Regimental Center) today on behalf of Indian Army, Air force for their ‘Operation Sahayta’ in Uttarakhand.  We saluted & admired the forces for rescuing thousands of people from flood-ravaged Uttarakhand.
Adv. Shyam Asawa, the convener of confederation said that Uttarakhand & other parts of country were ravaged by nature’s fury. We lost our thousands of brother & sister in this disaster. People who caught in disaster were hungry & lost hope of their life. But the Army’s search, rescue and relief operations is continuing inspite of inclement weather conditions and all paramilitary forces are playing a major role of angel while politicians are busy in mud slugging. Indian Army has rescued thousands of people by taking extra risk.
Commandant Bhati has assured us to convey our message of salutation by common Indians to all army men who are taking extra efforts to save the precious lives in Uttarakhand.
